This is a full timeposition and is responsible for end to end projectmanagement of Branch projects/ initiatives asassigned.Responsibilities: Perform theend to end project management activities for projects/ initiativesassigned, including project planning, execution, monitoring, andclosing, to effectively and efficiently manage Branch s projects,including but not limited to system implementationprojects. Work with initiative/ project sponsor todevelop comprehensive project plan that define project scope,project stakeholders, roles and responsibilities, timelines,etc. Create detailed execution plan to further breakdownkey project activities into manageable, individualized tasks/process steps to help track overall progress. Closelymonitor and track project progression and deliver project statusperiodically for all project stakeholders, including Branch seniormanagement. Actively follow up with task/ activity ownersto ensure the overall activities are completed within thetimelines, escalate items as necessary if at risk ofoverdue Act as the bridge among Branch projectstakeholders and implementation vendors (if applicable)Manage change requests including changes of initiative/ projectscope, timelines, etc. Responsible for archiving projectsrelated documentation for regulatory examination and internal auditreview purpose Analyze Branch s business domain anddocuments related business, processes, or systems, assessing thebusiness model or its integration with technology Act asvendor manager for vendors assigned, performing vendor managementactivities as per Branch policy and proceduresEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, majors in Business / Finance,Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systemspreferred 3-5 years of work experience in the FinancialInstitutions ideally in Risk or Compliance Must haveworking experience in project management or project delivery, ITproject management experience is a plus Highly organizedand able to operate in team environments, especially incross-functional teamsSkills and Knowledge:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting anddocumentation Strong computer skills, proficient in MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with project management andcollaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira,etc. is a plus Ability to read, write, Mandarin speakingis a plus Must be detail-oriented
