Responsibilities: Individuals in this position will perform the following activities:- Creation, review or revision of policies that affect processes in a working environment.- Responsible for creating audit programs to review various processes in a work environment to ensure standards are being followed. - Coordinates with other managers to discuss quality control standards according to their function within the organizational chart of a business or organization.- Assessment of operations processes and charters for completeness and quality.- Establishment of operations health checks.- Audit for compliance of process/methodology/techniques and tools in order to understand what is and is not working.Qualifications: Individuals in this position will need to have experience that includes:- 3 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in the Quality Control.- Quality assurance officer must have knowledge of trends and innovations in the area of quality control management. - Good oral and written communication skills - Writing skills quality control procedures. - Knowledge in general applications and quality assurance information systems management.- Ability to speak, read, and write in Arabic
