Date Posted: 2024-01-17 Country: Saudi Arabia Location: Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd, 1st Floor, Tower A, Al Malga Business Center, Anas Bin Malik Street, Al Malga, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Responsibilities: Managing modernization works for high rise elevators. Conduct Site Preparation process. Ensuring working area was ready and material storage request location to customer. Ensuring subcontractors and OTIS mechanics being safe at workplace by conducting daily safety toolbox talk. Project Cost control - Finished modernization with good quality and without cost overrun. Performing safety/quality audit to all responsible job sites. Conduct in deep investigation, document and provide reports on all site obstructions to records any progress delays. Weekly Meeting with customer/main contractor at job sites for progress/obstacle reports. Raising product quality issues to a Project Manager for further claiming process and Extension of Time (EOT) Training customer for lift safety usage/basic maintenance prior hand over. Propose variation order to customer for any damages or claims such as water damage to equipment conditions.
