Assist to monitor all departmentbudgets and manage all inventories on quarterly basis and assistall team members to manage all productionschedules.Prepare efficient training programsfor all planning processes and manage inventory level for allcomponents and finished products and ensure compliance to allbusiness requirements.Manage all work flow forprojects and maintain control on same and manage an efficientinventory level of all safety stock and review all volumerequirements for all productionmaterials.Assist all new product developmentand improvement in all existing products and ensure optimalinventory level at all times.Facilitate andprovide data to prepare all sales forecast and implement all newproducts and processes for all manufacturingplants.Assist to obtain and manage all ordersand deliveries for all external processes and prepare reports to bepresented to management and manage demand and supply of allmaterials.Collaborate with all stakeholders toperform various strategies and coordinate with program manager tomonitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availabilityissues.Prepare reports for all planningactivity metrics and analyze all results to recommend requiredimprovements in performance and collaborate with material managerto forecast all required strategies.Evaluateand prepare forecast all policy changes and recommend appropriatebusiness requirements.Participate in allevaluation meetings on weekly and monthlybasis.Plan inventory levels and locations andexecute all forecasting and planningprograms.
