Highly motivated and experienced BusinessAnalyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs,identifyingareas for improvement, and translating them intotechnical requirements.Key Responsibilities• Work withstakeholders to understand business needs and requirements andtranslate them into technicalrequirements.• Analyzebusiness process and data to identify areas for improvement andrecommend solutions to increaseefficiency andeffectiveness.• Create solutions based on the requirementsidentified, create change management proposals and worktowardsachieving the organizations long term goals.• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, andproject managers to developand implement IT solutions that meetbusiness needs.• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) toensure the delivered solution meets the definedrequirements.• Monitor and report on project progress,risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.• Continuouslyreview and improve business processes to ensure they align withorganizational goals andobjectives.• Provide training andsupport to end-users on the use of new IT solutions. Skills& Requirements:• Requires Bachelor'sdegrees in Computer Science/IT engineering or relatedfield.• Based on the education and experience, the gradewould vary in line with the HR law.• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and addresscomplex issues.• Experience with Agile and Waterfallproject management methodologies.• Familiarity with dataanalysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau and PowerBI.• English language skills (reading, speaking, writing,and listening).• Excellent communication skills andteamwork.Technical Competencies• Business processanalysis.• Software/application management.•Network & system architecture design.•Infrastructure design & support.• Content securitymanagement.• Data management &informatics.• Processes & maintenance.•Communication skills.• Systemengineering
