Responsibilities: • Give fullassistant for the Project Manager in all Electrical activitiesrequired to be delivered in the site on timely manner and requiredQuality/Quantity • Assist Project Manager in Governing andoversight of project activities. • Initiate Fast AccidentReport immediately when any accident/incident noticed, and thenforward it to the Safety Officer,Site Engineers & ProjectManager. • Ability to read electric generating plants,distribution lines and stations. • Conduct field surveysand study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify andcorrect power system problems. • Set up and operate testequipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts,assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, andrecord results. • Collaborate with electrical engineersand other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmentalproblems. • Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot andrepair electrical instruments or testing equipment. •Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-relatedproblems. • Well known of Testing and commissioningprocedures for electrical installations. • Visitconstruction sites to observe conditions impacting design and toidentify solutions to technical design problems involvingelectrical systems equipment that arise during construction.• Ensuring to follow up the addressed overall objectivesand program define by the Project Manager. • Incoordination with the Project manager evaluate the Electricalsubcontractor who finishes his work within a period not exceedingtwo weeks after finishing using the approved procedures and formsISO 9001. • Coordinate with the Main Store Storekeeper andPurchasing Managers for material delivery and receiving incoordination with the Project Manager. • Make sure thatall employees in the Project aware of the Company Quality Policy,Objective and the ISO 9001 system in coordination with the ProjectManger. • Follow up and conduct required test (Electrical,Testing &Commissioning). • Prepare monthly reportand coordinate with MEP coordinator and project manager whichincludes Electrical activities happened on site. •Allocation of available resources in cost effective manner incoordination with foreman • Study drawing to providetechnical clearance to electrical subcontractor in coordinationwith project manager, consultant and MEP Coordinator. •Timely submission of inspections to proceed works without anystoppage • Seek any clarification with project manager /consultant if any variance • Recommend required quantitiesfor payment after monitoring subcontractors performance (SC) andtimely receivable of payment to S/C • Update informationto planner/ project manager for progress update as well monthlyinvoice claims. • Issue non-conformity to project managerif any materials rejected on site • Recommend correctiveactions to project manager if delays happens • Timelycommunication of variation to project manager / Site QS •Follow up with subcontractors, suppliers for timely completion ofworks as well delivery of materials • Working hours shouldstarts upon official start timing (i.e. 6 AM) and end up as perclosing of site depends on balance of works. • Performsany other similar duties assigned by the Project Manager. ExpectedDeliverables / Accountable: • Adequately control on siteto prevent from major damages • Available of approvedmaterials and subcontractors on site • Sufficient safetymatters applied on site (inclusive of subcontractors) and welldocumented Job Requirements: _______________________ •Required language(s): Arabic, English • At least 3-5year(s) of working experience in the related field is required forthis position. • Ability to devise concise and effectivequality procedures. • Strong business acumen. •Ability to communicate well at all levels.
