Wespecialize in providing highquality products and services to ourclients in the Middle East region. We are currently seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse and OperationsManager to join our dynamicteam.JobOverview:The Assistant Warehouseand Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting theWarehouse and Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operationsof our warehouse and distribution center. This role requires ahandson approach and strong leadership skills to ensure smooth andefficient operations.KeyResponsibilities: Assist inmanaging the daytoday operations of the warehouse includingreceiving storing and shipping of products. Collaboratewith the Warehouse and Operations Manager to develop and implementoperational strategies to improve efficiency andproductivity. Monitor inventory levels and ensureaccurate stock management. Oversee the picking andpacking process to ensure timely and accurate orderfulfillment. Train and supervise warehouse staff ensuringhigh levels of productivity and motivation. Maintain asafe and organized warehouse environment adhering to health andsafety standards. Work closely with the sales andcustomer service teams to fulfill orders and resolve anyissues. Utilize warehouse management systems to trackinventory and monitor warehouse performance. Assist inconducting regular inventory audits and implementing correctiveactions as needed. Prepare and present reports onwarehouse operations to senior management. Managelogistics and distribution of products to variouscustomers Manage teamschedulesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a relatedfield. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse oroperations management role. Proven experience ininventory management order fulfillment and warehouseoperations. Strong leadership skills with the ability totrain motivate and manage a team. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in using warehouse management systems and MicrosoftOffice. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in awarehouse setting. Valid Qatar driverslicense.
