Provides responses to bids,proposals and contract negotiations.Preparesrequests for proposals for distribution tovendors.Develops a set of standard contractsfor the company.Analyzes all requirements andprovisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensurecompliance with all laws and regulations and company policies andprocedures.Ensures that contracts are executedin accordance with corporateguidelines.Conducts research prior to writingcontracts.
