Key Skills AndResponsibilitiesThorough understanding of plantmechanical and electrical systems along with in-depth understandingand interpretation of P&IDs, electrical one line/multilineand other pertinent drawingsFollowssafety/environmental rules and regulations. Implements project safework practices and immediately identifies hazards and recommendsand/or implements repairs.Understands andexecutes the equipment clearance (LOTO) procedure, as well as JobSafety Analysis/Work Authorization/Confined Space/Hot WorkPermits.Receive, verify, and approve LOTOpermits, as directed by the project PTWsystem.Ensures all protective measuresidentified on the permit are implemented prior to authorized startof the work.
