Develop plans for trade marketing investmentsand ensure expenses are within the assigned budget limits to createa positive financial impact on business revenue Develop targetedinitiatives for shoppers activity which are relevant to thecustomer's thematic events and shopper portfolio Leadneed-gap analysis for consumer requirements and commission marketresearch for relevant sectors relating to the shopper and brandportfolios through internal and external sources Study reportsrelated to customer needs, business opportunities and market trendsand coordinate with senior management to support strategic decisionmaking Manage merchandising group resources, design categoryplanograms and shelf management principles / in-store fundamentalsto ensure achievement of agreed objectives and impartial service atthe shelf Conduct market visits across channels to analyze thepoint of purchase (POP) drivers, competitor activities, customerfeedback, seasonal demand impacts, etc. and provide coursecorrections to internal teams if required Design and driveimplementation of promotional strategies (discounts and incentives)and loyalty programs with Sales and Marketing teams across channelsto improve customer engagement metrics Provide process improvementsuggestions to Supply Chain team in order to increase the value forchannel partners (on-time delivery, shorter product lead times,consistent product availability, more accurate invoicing, etc.)Manage third-party Suppliers / Brand principals to ensure alignmentwith the company's marketing policies and objectivesMonitor the price, product and packaging of existing and new brandsand provide course corrections to the teams basis marketintelligence Conduct pre and post evaluations to assess ROI andimpact of all trade marketing strategies in achievement of KPIs andbusiness goals and deliver reports on marketing analytics and bestpractices to relevant internal stakeholders and Senior Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
