**Position**:Chief Executive Officer• *Job Summary and Purpose** Lead the Finance and Supplydepartments, including Joint Ventures partnerships, by planning,implementing, managing, and controlling all financial and financialreporting-related activities. Act as a primary driver of myclient's strategy along with the Chief Executive Officerand the Senior Management Team, by assisting in all strategic andtactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefitanalysis, forecasting needs, and the securing of new funding.• *Accountabilities** • *StrategicAccountabilities**: 1. Contributing to the formulation of myclient's overall strategy, and supporting itsimplementation, through aligning the Finance divisional strategywith the corporate strategy. 2. Ensuring that the Financedivisional strategy is translated into annual operational businessplans, as well as directing and managing the implementation ofthose plans, following up on their progress, and taking correctiveactions as needed. 3. Leading and champion opportunities to drivecontinuous improvement across the company as a whole to support theorganisation's strategy. • *KeyAccountabilities**: • *Leadership**: 4. Providing sharedleadership and vision to the organisation, its employees, and otherkey stakeholders in the development and continuous evaluation ofshort and long-term strategic financial objectives. 5. Developingeffective partnerships with other members of the leadership team,creating a common vision and view of organisational performance andchallenges and opportunities. 6. Advising on selecting and engagingoutside consultants (auditors, investment advisors) to attend tothe companies needs and requirements. 7. Providing insight toprepare annual budgets for the organisation, its joint ventures,and vessel managers, regarding the approved strategicplan
