Job Title: Medical Representative (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry)Company: Alpha PharmaLocation: 3289 - Industrial Valley Phase II, King Abdulaziz Economic City 23994 - 8711, Rabigh KSAEmployment Type: Full-time Job Description:Alpha Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company committed to providing innovative and high-quality healthcare products, seeks a highly motivated individual to join us as a Medical Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of Alpha Pharma products.Generate new leads and identify potential customers through market research and networking.Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.Maintain accurate records of sales and activities using our CRM system.Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent Alpha Pharma and network with potential customers.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams to improve products and services.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.Previous experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel 30% - 40% extensively within the assigned territory.Professional appearance and demeanor.
