This position requires anenergetic and enthusiastic individual who will assist in theorganization and delivery of Lab lessons, tutorials, and supportapplied student learningdevelopment.Candidates should have anexcellent record of industry experience in Computer Science,Information systems or related field, and possess thequalifications necessary to be successful in the role of TeachingAssistant, Information Systems. The successful candidate isresponsible to assist in the preparation and delivery of Labsessions, tutorials and in the planning and organization ofinstruction to maximize student retention. Candidates will assistin the design and delivery of laboratory projects to facilitateTVET practice based learning and monitor student work in alaboratory setting.Candidates will beresponsible for the maintenance of laboratory areas and equipmentand will ensure the safety of the laboratory during lessons and theequipment and materials are handled according to college health andsafety policies andprocedures.Responsibilities will also includeto support the Lead Instructor with the maintenance of courseportfolio documents required for accreditation processes and tosupport the faculty in marking students' papers, exams inline with the guidelines and to monitor class attendance asrequired.
