Context Responsiblefor analyzing market trends user data and business performance todrive strategic decisions related to OverTheTop (OTT) platforms andstreaming services. The OTT Business Analystwill be responsible for analyzing market trends user data andbusiness performance to drive strategic decisions related toOverTheTop (OTT) platforms and streaming services. This roleinvolves gathering and interpreting data identifying opportunitiesfor growth and providing actionable insights to optimize the OTTbusiness. Accountabilities Execute test cases to validate thefunctionality of OTT applications including user interfaces videoplayback content management and userauthentication. Collectand analyze user data viewer behavior and market trends to gaininsights into user preferences and content consumptionpatterns. Identify keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports totrack and report on OTT platform performance. Conduct market research to assess competitivelandscape and industry trends in the OTTspace. Evaluate emergingtechnologies platforms and services to identify potentialopportunities for innovation and growth. Collaborate with content acquisition teams toanalyze the performance of existing contentlibraries. Providedatadriven recommendations for content acquisition licensing andcontent development strategies. Analyze user feedback and behavior to improvethe user experience on OTT platforms. Work with UX/UI teams to recommend andimplement improvements in platform design andnavigation. Monitor andanalyze revenue streams including subscriptions advertising andpartnerships. Identifyopportunities to optimize revenue generation and pricingstrategies. Assist in thedevelopment of business plans financial models and forecasts forthe OTT business. Provideinput on budgeting cost analysis and resourceallocation. Communicatefindings and insights to crossfunctional teams executives andstakeholders. Experience Bachelors degree inbusiness Data Science or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis businessanalysis or market research preferably in the OTT or digital mediaindustry. Proficiency indata analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL data visualizationtools). Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and presentationskills. Familiarity withOTT technologies and digital content distribution is aplus. BSc in informationtechnology computer science or equivalentfield Internationalexperience preferably in the MENA and SEAregions.
