Support the Department with theBudget planning and management across Marketing Host CountryProjects and Marketing DepartmentDivisions/Functions.Manage the Marketingaccounts centrally, working with the FinanceteamManage Marketing financialcontrolKeep organised file system and ensureMarketing accounts are all properly archived for accountshousekeeping and checkingSupport developmentof Marketing tenders and the tenderingcycle.Support Marketing contractsmanagementEnsure implementation of financialpolicies and procedures in the MarketingDepartment.Ensure the performance and theProject implementation / production quality and provideassessments.Support the development andexecution of Project charters, timeline and plan, budgets, riskassessmentSupport majorcross-functional/departmental projectcyclesCoordinate with external agencies andsuppliers contracted by the HCPerform anyother duties assigned by the supervisor directly related orrelevant to the job, as well as supporting Marketing Operations ifneeded.
