PositionResponsibilitiesGeneral knowledge of building codes,regulations and safety procedures. With limited supervision,constructs commercial office space by providing overallconstruction capabilities. Is familiar with building codes and isable to read more sophisticatedblueprints.Responds to trouble calls andresolves a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.Repairs and maintains plant and office facilities equipment anddemonstrates sophisticated skill level in these areas. Is able tointerpret basic schematics and diagrams.Mayprovide mentorship to less expert employees. Under generalmentorship, reviews customer requirements and may evaluate productcapabilities. Has consistent track record to use a variety of handand power tools to construct, renovate and repair facilities andequipment.May receive specialized equipmenttraining.
