About The RoleIn this role you will beresponsible for managing QR Group ERP solution, provide functionaland technical solution for the ERP requirements. Responsible formanaging a number of projects beneath the ERP (Oracle or SAP)program. You will play a key role in driving ERP CloudTransformation program in alignment with the organizationsstrategic plans and objective. Facilitating processes to accomplishprogram objectives, managing change, and resolving issues that spanproject teams and departments by planning, organizing, directingand supervising program activities in a cost-effective andproductive manner. You will be partnering with assigned businessdepartments to identify technology enabled business outcomes,prioritize, and deliver them working closely with product owners,delivery leads, software engineering leads, and external suppliersas appropriate.Key Responsibilities • Leading design andimplementation of ERP (Oracle or SAP) solutions across businessfunctional areas. • Deliver large scale ERP CloudTransformation in alignment with the organizations strategic plansand objective. • Provide hands on ERP experience for largecross functional initiatives including integrations with otherInhouse applications and 3rd party products. • Responsibleto deliver sourcing documents/artifacts for new Cloud ERP solutioncovering Functional and Non Functional requirements. •Contribute to the development of solution architecture,methodologies and compliance activities. • Drivecommunication plan, engage stakeholders across business functions,controlling and reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsorand escalating any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner.• Identify inter-dependencies between the variousstakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks areidentified, mitigated and communicated. • Ensuringappropriately skilled resources are delivering the project andmanaging the availability and performance of those consultants.• Drive innovation to ensure that solutions drive value tothe business. • Liaise with external suppliers andinternal departments / IT teams to collaborate and design andimplement robust ERP solutions and interfaces betweenapplications.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Together, everythingis possibleQualificationsAbout you • Bachelor Degree withminimum 10 years of experience in implementing end to end ERP(Oracle or SAP) solutions. • Domain knowledge/experiencein any of corporate functions such as HR, Finance,Facilities/Transport, Procurement is a must. • Ability towork closely with business leaders (VPs and above), in amulti-cultural environment. • Should possess large program/ project delivery execution through onsite/offshore model, vendormanagement, mobilising large teams and worked across multipletechnology platforms and tools. • Provide leadership anddirection to the delivery teams, work closely with the projectmanagers to manage the Project Schedules /timelines
