Head nurse Labor and delivery
تفاصيل الوظيفة
- 3 years of experience in the same Field and same position as head nurse .
- Masters or diploma in Management is preferable.
- Managerial skills is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
- Saudi license holder is a plus.
- Monitor, organize and update hospital patient records
- Create and distribute weekly duty roster
- Distribute and collect consent forms before all procedures
- Manage nursing staff, including ensuring adherence to safety processes
- Deliver weekly reports to head of facility.
- Assist in training of new nurses or those who require aid.
- Accompany doctors on rounds.
- Identify area specific competencies and measure each one on the nurses.
