Job Description

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining calendars and coordinating appointments
  • Bilingual typing, preparing and comparing reports
  • Filing
  • Organising meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Prioritizing activities
  • Liaising with organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail campaigns and similar marketing tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Frontdesk operations and greeting clients

Job Skills

  • Good communication skills (at least bilingual; English and Arabic). French speaking candidates will be preferred.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Flexibility
  • Tact, discretion and diplomacy
  • The ability to be proactive and self-initiation: to see what needs to be done and do it
  • The ability to work with computers with ease (eg Microsoft Office) and to learn required software if required
