Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Any, Electrical, Mechanical), Bachelor of Science(Computers) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description ACCOUNTABILITIES: Operational / Functional Establish and maintain effective ways of collecting, storing, organizing, visualizing, and maintaining operational data (at shift / daily basis) and other business performance data to ensure it is accurate, available, and accessible to support operational decision making and planning. Programming and administering the data hub system, data loads and integration (.NET Core, XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks), database (SQL, etc) and other data applications as needed, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, troubleshoot and authorize the maintenance of data-related problems. Evaluate and manage the performance of data systems and seek ways to enhance them. Determine and manage limitations in data reliability, usability and ensure security from data loss, security breach, and hacking. Work with leadership team and end users to develop customized dashboards (Power BI, etc), report, data entry forms and workflows as needed. Provide training on Power BI and other tools to enhance the capability of the user community on Data Visualization Support end users in their day-to-day data duties and provide them with necessary training for the correct access and use of data. Create and maintain end-user documentation and training manuals. Provide the Value Driver Trees (ValQ software) of the Cost like Free Cash Flow, AISC, Cash Cost, Production related to Cash Cost, Production Model Leadership: Understand, support and live the Ma'aden vision, values and goals Takes accountability for personal improvement, personal development, skills development and effectiveness Supports and articulate personal goals that are aligned to the business direction, that lead to personal development and effectiveness; Continuously strives to improve personal mastery, professional growth and business skills (ensuring technical/professional development in specialist area) Establish professional standards for work, project plans and organization to ensure service provision and effective individual contribution Share expertise freely and often during the application/review of policies, practices, standards, procedures and methods Conduct analysis to formulate recommendations and design solutions and implement them effectively, problem solving and decisions quality - Analyzed, formulated recommendations, designed solutions and implemented them effectively Progress monitoring, reporting and corrective action. Statutory compliance and professional practices. Act as coach and mentor within team Ensuring continuous personal and professional growth and development Facilitating transformation and change in respect to procedures Facilitating continuous improvement Continuously communicate technical and professional concepts and developments to customers Relationships: Build constructive working relationships with manager, peers, clients and other service providers (all stakeholders) to ensure effective stakeholder relationships Supports peers/team members to achieve team objectives through knowledge sharing, networking and collaboration with colleagues and other teams Maintain Manager and peer relationships marked by professional communication, behavior and actions that results in high levels of credibility, trust and respect throughout the business unit or function Consistently meet customer and business requirements through technical/professional communication Puts forward new ideas, thinking and approaches adopted and supported by the business Build credibility and constructive working relationship with multi-disciplinary project teams Create and maintained well developed internal network Qualification: Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, Mining Engineering, Processing, Metallurgy, Geology, Mechanical, Electrical or similar 5+ years relevant experience with database, data management and reporting Relevant experience managing data models, databases, data mining, segmentation technics, IT data systems and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Proven experience in data science and design of computer code for improving data systems applications. Working knowledge of data security laws and protocols. Strong proficiency and interest in deep data analytics and use of artificial intelligence, machine learning or other intelligent technics to automate and analyze large amounts of data.
