- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred.
- Experience in internal or community communications roles.
- Proven ability to develop multi-channel corporate communications strategies in a global organization.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience as a key interface in communications workstreams.
- Professional credibility to liaise with senior leadership.
- Experience working in an international/global company in the KSA or GCC region.
