Job PurposeServes as the Lead Planner for an Industrial Maintenance Division and supervises all Maintenance Planners.Acts as the Division's expert on all matters related to maintenance work order planning, estimating andscheduling. Analyzes the current and future workload for the entire Division, area by area or unit by unit,and forecasts overall manpower requirements. Recommends the optimum manpower balance for daily and weeklyscheduling in the Division. Analyzes and prepares organization daily/weekly schedules.ResponsibilitiesDUTY1 / effort % (020)Supervises all Maintenance Planners in the Division. Consolidatesweekly, monthly andyearly monitoring charts prepared by all Maintenance Planners into aDivisional Summary.DUTY2 / effort % (020)Identifies all materials, tools, equipment's, and special preparationsrequired for eachjob step. Retain a good knowledge of Saudi Aramco Materials System onSAP, including useof the SAMS Catalog, requisitioning of SAMS stock items and DirectCharge materials9COMs.DUTY3 / effort % (010)Prepares regular and special analyses of manpower and backlog data forthe Superintendentand recommends allocation of manpower resources to maintain the highestpossible activitylevel in the Division while meeting Maintenance Goals.DUTY4 / effort % (010)Reviews the Whole Job Standards (WJSs) for completeness, accuracy andapplicability toDivision's needs. Revises those WJSs which needs changes, and maintainsan index of WJSsfor the Division.DUTY5 / effort % (010)Experts in the proper application of the Aramco Maintenance Work ControlSystem andapplicable Computerized Maintenance System data files. Conducts periodicrefreshertraining for all personnel with the use of these systems, and for allTrainees who havebeen assigned to maintenance planning.DUTY6 / effort % (010)Keeps current with latest systems developments and to provide theDivision's input to theCorporate policy-making process. Recommends corrective actions based onthe indicators andcoordinates productivity studies within the Division.DUTY7 / effort % (010)Plans major jobs and develop critical path charts if required.Recommends contractingaction for supplementary manpower as deemed necessary. Generates SAP andPlant MaintenanceDash Board (PMDB) Reports for performance or tracking analysis.DUTY8 / effort % (010)Provides maintenance performance monitoring data for his assigned area.Prepares Whole JobStandards and reviews the log of existing Whole Job Standards forpotential application tocurrent work. Maximizes the use of those existing Whole Job Standards toperform planningefficiently.Education & Experience RequirementsEducational Level :ITC Course Subject /Course Level ENGLISH ERW MATHEMATICS MI Minimum Years of Experience :13 Special Field Experience : Thirteen (13) years varied craft experience Minimum Years in the Special Field :13CertificatesTitle : Completion of Maintenance Planner Course Req./Pref. : Required Comments-Nature of Cert./License Relations : (BET 40035343) Title : Completion one of Phase IV Maint Craft Programs Req./Pref. : Required Comments-Nature of Cert./License Relations : BETs (40010624) or (40011495) or (40031157) or (40057127) or (40058045) or (40 Title : Corporate Maintenance Planners CERT/REC Test Req./Pref. : Required Comments-Nature of Cert./License Relations : (BET 40036902) Title : Job Task Standard (JTS) Req./Pref. : Required Title : Valid SAG Driver's License Req./Pref. : Required
