Senior Sales Manager (Outdoor Media)

Viola Communications is looking for experienced and talented Senior Sales Manager for its Outdoor Advertising division (OOH). The role involves driving revenue growth through direct sales, delivering excellent service to clients and ensuring the business division reaches its goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on agreed targets for accounts in terms of revenue and profitability.
- Maintain relationships with existing client base through regularly scheduled visits.
- Assist Sales Director in implementing company’s marketing/sales goals. Prepare quarterly Account Profitability Analysis report and related data to review with Sales Director.
- Conduct prospective calls to develop new business prospects.
- Process contractual correspondence and artwork for the completion of a sale.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects/customers to increase clients advertising ROI.
- Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to customers for approval.
- Assist with preparation of sales literature, contracts, media kits, or various other projects assigned.
- Assist with copy edit and layout of customer billboard artwork design for customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales (agency background) preferably outdoor media (media vehicles being bridge banners, lamp-posts, buses, taxis).
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
