Req ID 60358 Dubai, United Arab Emirates About the Team We are an ambitious, proactive and multicultural team. Our aim is to support our customers to allow them to be service equipped and trained. The atmosphere is a close knit community, honest, friendly and warm with a positive outlook. What you can look forward to as Technical Engineer - Field Support (m/f/d):
- Keeping high technical knowledge and providing technical support of ZF products for Commercial Vehicle service network and end users.
- Providing technical training to the service network/workshops and support organization of trainings offered by ZF.
- Initiating and participating on customer events and ensuring that customers have updates on sales and marketing information on ZF products.
- Supporting development and rollout of workshop concepts to increase sales and brand awareness in the sub-region.
- Processing warranty claims and supporting local service campaigns.
- Ensuring service sustainability through conducting regular audits.
- Relevant engineering diploma/degree (Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent) in combination with multiple years’ working experience in Automotive Sales & Service business.
- Effective communication, influencing & collaboration skills among various audiences.
- People & customer management experience with strong moderation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, data driven & capability to manage complexity.
- Systematic and pragmatic team Player wo is able to work effectively under minimum supervision.
- Good commercial understanding and Network Management
- Fluent English and Arabic language is a must, valid driver’s license, and good PC skills (Microsoft Office + PowerPoint).
