Job Location: Riyadh,KSA . Job Description: 1. Assessment & Succession: Developing and implementing assessment and succession strategies to identify high-potential employees and ensure a smooth transition of leadership positions. 2. Assessment Centre's Design: Designing and organizing assessment centers to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and potential for specific roles. 3. Assessment Interviews: Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific positions within the organization. 4. Report Writing & Feedback: Creating comprehensive reports based on assessments and providing constructive feedback to individuals regarding their performance. Job Requirements: 1. Leadership & Professional Development: Designing and delivering programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills and professional development of employees at various levels within the organization. 2. Management Development Programs: Developing programs to train managers in essential skills such as communication, decision-making, and team management. 3. Leadership Development Programs: Creating initiatives to nurture future leaders by providing them with necessary training, mentoring, and opportunities for growth. 4. Leadership Accelerators: Implementing fast-track programs to accelerate the development of high-potential individuals into leadership roles. 5. Enterprise Coaching: Providing coaching services to employees across different departments or teams within the organization. 6. C-Suite Coaching: Offering specialized coaching services tailored specifically for executives in top-level positions (C-suite). 7.
