Un director de operaciones de Propiedad es responsable de dirigir y supervisar el funcionamiento y la seguridad de la instalación para proteger el bienestar de todos los huéspedes y miembros del equipo en continuo esfuerzo del hotel para entregar excepcional servicio y la rentabilidad financiera. ¿Qué voy a estar haciendo? Como Director de Operaciones de la Propiedad, que sería el encargado de dirigir y supervisar el funcionamiento y la seguridad de la instalación para proteger el bienestar de todos los huéspedes y miembros del equipo en continuo esfuerzo del hotel para ofrecer servicio al cliente excepcional y la rentabilidad financiera. Específicamente, usted sería responsable de realizar las siguientes tareas con los más altos estándares:
- Usted dirige y supervisar la funcionalidad y la seguridad de la instalación , incluyendo, pero no limitado a , los edificios físicos , equipos mecánicos , sistemas eléctricos, sistemas de calefacción y refrigeración , sistemas de seguridad de vida y los terrenos de acuerdo con las regulaciones federales, estatales y locales
- Realizar inspecciones de la instalación
- Se asigna , verificar y documentar el estado de todo el mantenimiento y las reparaciones de rutina en el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento de la propiedad
- Directo , supervisar y mantener la documentación requerida para la gestión de la energía , la conservación y los programas de mantenimiento preventivo
- Dirija y comunicar la información sobre los proyectos de capital y rehabilitaciones de propiedad , incluyendo, pero no limitado a , la programación, la presupuestación y el cumplimiento de las normas de licitación contratista
- Obtener las licencias y permisos necesarios para garantizar el pleno cumplimiento de los códigos, reglamentos y normas de seguridad
- Las operaciones del departamento diarios directos entre ellos , pero sin limitarse a , las normas de servicio al huésped y las iniciativas , la calidad del producto , los controles de gestión de inventario y de costos , sistemas de uso y manejo , presupuestos y previsiones , la adhesión a las normas federales, estatales y locales y la participación en reuniones y la facilitación
- Supervisar y desarrollar desempeño de los miembros del equipo para incluir , pero no limitado a , proporcionar supervisión y el desarrollo profesional , la realización de asesoramiento y evaluaciones y la entrega de reconocimiento y recompensa
