As a leading provider of property solutions to investors and residents in Dubai, we strive to cater to our clients’ individual requirements and demands with perfection and precision. We are looking to hire confident and motivated Property Sales Managers be a part of our sales team. Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years’ of sales experience working within Real Estate
  • Proven success in achieving real estate sales and targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Develop, Present, and Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and open new business channels & opportunities
  • Highly Dedicated, Motivated, Result Oriented Individual with strong work ethic and ability to develop, train, and lead a strong sales team & process to achieve set goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & channel relationships
Key Responsibilities
  • They Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales
  • Source potential investors/buyers and establish maintain a good work relationship
  • Recruit local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame
  • Presentation to customers on the projects handled by Homes 4 Life
  • Developing & communicating key detailed sales strategies, tactics and action plans
  • Gathering & Deploying resources with vigilant monitoring to ensure successful execution of the strategies
  • Consistently setting & achieving Sales Financial, Awareness, Relationship Targets
  • Hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, detailed training & developing the sales team, actively managing team and ensuring maximum productivity, leading the sales team to success and growth
