Sales Execution and Target Achievement:
- Execute sales operations in line with the set targets for the HORECA division.
- Track personal sales performance and align efforts with the overall sales targets.
- Reduce returns and manage inventory levels through effective sales practices.
- Implement HORECA sales promotions, events, and campaigns as directed by the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure adherence to price lists and facilitate the collection of payments.
- Identify opportunities to grow the customer base within the HORECA market segment.
- Engage in activities aimed at business expansion and acquiring new accounts.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and establish new partnerships.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Apply market knowledge to tailor sales approaches and enhance customer engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the HORECA sector.
- Serve as a primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Build and sustain long-term partnerships with a focus on continuous business growth.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to direct management pertaining to Merchandising activities and any issues that may arise.
