About Our Client
One of the largest skincare and beauty maisons globally.Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Training Manager, MEA, you will be responsible for;- Training, coaching and developing employees on skincare techniques and application and transmit one's passion for skincare
- Developing the competencies of the Skincare teams
- Leading regional events at POS ensuring a positive client experience
- Providing feedback after coaching
- Occasionally involved in applying product yourself on VIP clients to enhance client experience
- Extensive travel across the region
The Successful Applicant
To apply for this role, the person must have;- 5 years of luxury beauty and training experience
- Strong knowledge of the Middle East clientele and the ability to manage clients from multiple nationalities
- Strong public speaking skills
- Flexibility to travel across the core Middle East markets
- Passion and strong knowledge of the skincare industry
