The scope of activities undertaken by GAS comprise of all Low Voltage Solutions, such as, IT Works, Security Systems, Audio & Video Solutions, Smart Homes, Building Management Systems, Solar Power Solutions, Transportation Management Systems etc. - ELV Sales engineer -selling companies low voltage systems and services -finding new leads and maintaining the existing customer base -Carry out sales plans and translate them to sales targets • Preparing sales plans and studies. • Visiting prospective clients to present them the activities of the company in a professional way • Follow-up contracts and requests under implementation • Make suggestions on pricing policy of products and services • Proactively promote sales to general contractors, developers, end users and others • Build mutually beneficial customer relationships • Generate, screen, evaluate and respond to sales enquiries from customers • Achieve and exceed area sales objectives and contribute to the company’s growth plans • Adhere to company procedures and guidelines in connection with all transactions and business practices • Develop and maintain a customer database • Liaise with proposals, design, and operations departments to prioritize efforts, and improve customer service, consistent with overall organizational goals, strategies and account -Assess customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to showcase the alignment between our technology and the client's business objectives, emphasizing how our solutions can solve their challenges. - Remain continually updated on industry trends, equipping yourself to provide valuable insights to both sales and development teams. - Master the technical details of our offerings, enabling you to articulate their strengths to potential customers. - Familiarize yourself with the inner workings of our products, enabling you to communicate their technical merits convincingly. - Develop a deep grasp of the technical features of our solutions, empowering you to present their value proposition proficiently. - Acquire in-depth knowledge about the technical aspects of our offerings to facilitate meaningful discussions with clients. - Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry changes, enabling you to contribute vital viewpoints to sales and product enhancement. Skills -lighting sales experience is a plus -knowledge in automation systems -knowledge in local market needs -Has Transferable Residence 18 Visa • Has Minimum 7 years’ experience in Low Voltage Systems’ Sales • Has Electrical/Electronic Engineering Certification and experience, is a plus • Proficiency in both verbal and written English & Arabic • Has a Kuwaiti Driving License • Able to work independently and report progress on continuous bases • Good communication skills. • Has experience dealing with, and handling, Private Clients, Consultancy Firms, Engineering Contractors, Ministries etc - Exceptional Technical Proficiency: Profound expertise in complex technical concepts and solutions, enabling effective communication of product specifications and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven history of fostering strong customer relationships by actively listening, comprehending unique requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet individual client objectives. - Advanced technical prowess, allowing for the concise articulation of product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Profound understanding of industry dynamics, rival products, and product potential, empowering strategic product positioning to stand out as the premier option for various customer sectors. - Adept team player, adept at collaborating with diverse groups such as sales, marketing, and development, to evolve product strategies and enhance customer engagement. - Demonstrated aptitude in dissecting client dilemmas, engineering resourceful solutions, and harmonizing them with product potentials to yield tailored problem-solving strategies. - Expertise in comprehending industry trajectories, competitor landscapes, and product capacities, equipping the ability to strategically position products as the foremost choice for diverse customer demographics #J-18808-Ljbffr
