General Manager - Cement

About The Client A publicly-listed company on Boursa Kuwait, with more than 25 years of experience across the region, positioned itself as a market leader in the manufacturing of building materials, as well as providing construction and engineering services. They deliver bespoke, time-efficient, and hassle-free building solutions for residential, industrial, hospitality, commercial, and institutional projects. About the Role In charge of overseeing the efficient operations of the Cement Division, including the Interlocks, Cement, and Ready Mix plants, as well as the supporting functions of Logistics & Workshop, and Sales. Ensuring that all initiatives and activities align with the organization's business requirements, working towards achieving strategic objectives. About You Ideally, consider candidates with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or any related field / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or any related major, would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the same or any related field with at least 8 years of experience in a leadership capacity in a similar industry -- Industrial Manufacturing/ Cement Manufacturing - Interlocks, Cement, and Ready-Mix
• Demonstrated experience in Strategy Formulation, Budget & Cost Control, Sales Management, Logistics & Distribution, Business Process Improvement, Culture/People Management, Performance Management; Production Management
• Strong Leadership and Communication Commands (English and Arabic)
