Job Description
- Analyzing and reading incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as necessary
- Preparing documents to be reviewed and presented by the board of directors, executives and other committees.
- Assisting with meeting preparation and recording meeting times
- Keeping records of corporate documents, records and reports
- Providing administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting guests
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and other events
- Reviewing, prioritizing, directing and delegating a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration.
- Managing the daily operations of the CEO's office
- Coordinating with other departments
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
