Job Description

  • Analyzing and reading incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as necessary
  • Preparing documents to be reviewed and presented by the board of directors, executives and other committees.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and recording meeting times
  • Keeping records of corporate documents, records and reports
  • Providing administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting guests
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and other events
  • Reviewing, prioritizing, directing and delegating a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration.
  • Managing the daily operations of the CEO's office
  • Coordinating with other departments

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
