- P rovid es suggestions , process changes , improvements t o Automation of Nation a l On -boarding s y stem , t h e s t andar d o perat i n g procedures o r en co uraging / assign i ng the team members to ga i n expe rti se w i t h the oth er T ea m s wit h i n Nationals .
- Pr ovi de cl ear guida n ce a n d support t o services team leaders to resolv e ca n didate iss u es as r equired .

Qualifications
About you The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:- Relevant College or University qualification
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- Result driven, excellent time and project management skills.
- Good knowledge of QR policies and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and technology..
- Organized, motivated, flexible and an astute problem solver and comfortable.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure
