Key accountabilities include:

  • I mpl e m e nt and monitor the def i ned detailed service standards and operat i ng procedures for key t eam ac count a b i li t i es in line w i th overall national On b oarding policies .
  • S ug ges t continuou s improv e m e nt w ith i n National Onboarding a n d at ke y stake h o ld er to uchpo i nt s in order to r e duc e tim e t o jo i n , reduce error, im pro v e eff i ciency and i mpro v e se rvi ces .
  • Effe ctiv e ly b a l a n ce th e ma n a g e m e nt o f on go in g organisat i ona l chang e w i th consistent de l i v e ry o f se rvi ces .

  • P rovid es suggestions , process changes , improvements t o Automation of Nation a l On -boarding s y stem , t h e s t andar d o perat i n g procedures o r en co uraging / assign i ng the team members to ga i n expe rti se w i t h the oth er T ea m s wit h i n Nationals .
  • Pr ovi de cl ear guida n ce a n d support t o services team leaders to resolv e ca n didate iss u es as r equired .

Qualifications

About you The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
  • Relevant College or University qualification
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
  • Result driven, excellent time and project management skills.
  • Good knowledge of QR policies and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and technology..
  • Organized, motivated, flexible and an astute problem solver and comfortable.
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
