About the role We are hiring for your skills to be part in leading and driving Organisational Talent Management initiatives across the QR group. With support from line manager, this role lead and support QR’s new talent philosophy, framework and vision, as well as lead projects related to Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career, Promotion and competency-based professional journeys to ensure HR’s overall Talent Strategy is successfully implemented. Other operational duties would include: · Work with VP Talent and SVP Talent to create new Talent strategy, framework, and philosophy. · Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Organizational Design teams to ensure talent practices are created and executed across all moments that matter in an employee lifecycle. · Embed the new Talent Review and Succession Planning across all management levels in the QRG. · Create and drive professional journeys and career pathing across all levels in the group to ensure career visibility at all levels. · Create and embed a Promotion framework across QRG. · Drive Strategic Employee Planning practices working closely with OD and TA. · Create a retention framework and toolkits for QRG. · Develop HIPO (high potential) programs with Learning and Development. · Ensure all talent initiatives are embedded and fully executed across the group - working closely with the HRBP population to ensure first class talent practices and initiatives land and add value. · Manage talent pools and selected top talents to ensure they reach their full potential. · Assess and optimize talent management systems, tools, and processes to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities. Qualifications

About You We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Team. Essential · Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience · Proficiency in analysing and interpreting talent-related data, utilizing statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions. · Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and talent management principles, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. · Experience in managing talent management systems and tools, data analytics platforms, and reporting/visualization tools. Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations. Preferred · Certification in Project Management and Change Management. · System implementation experience. · Experience in programming languages.
