Join our team at Salla as a Sales Growth Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimizing revenue alongside the Sales Operations team. You will analyze sales data, identify key trends, and provide insights regarding current sales performance. As a Sales Growth Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition, increase customer lifetime value, and improve overall sales performance. Responsibilities:

Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
Research and propose market penetration strategies
Support sales forecasting and planning activities while working on GTM initiatives
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends
Monitor and report on sales KPIs and performance metrics
Collaborate with the finance team to assist sales with quotations, payouts, and reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and revenue optimization
