City Manager - Logistics

This role will manage the overall logistics of multiple cities across the country. Leading on-demand delivery operations and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. The City Manager will take ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders, monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of riders/partners. - Oversees all daily logistics related operations
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Leads communication with external suppliers
- Supervise, coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers
- Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training
- Set up SOPs, policies and tools for safety / compliance of riders and partners
- Help with coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities
- Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects
- Responsible for country's rider experience and satisfaction score
- Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress.
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus
- 5-8 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Extensive experience in Data Analytics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic fluency is a must; Urdu/hindi is a plus.
- People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people
- Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress. #J-18808-Ljbffr
