- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Provide strategic direction to the customer service team to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service function
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track and improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of customer service professionals across different regions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance overall customer experience
- Evaluate and implement technologies and tools to optimize customer service operations
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Develop and implement escalation procedures to address complex customer issues promptly
- Conduct regular analysis of customer service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or any related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a senior customer service leadership role within the consumer industry
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team
