Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
  • Provide strategic direction to the customer service team to enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service function
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track and improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of customer service professionals across different regions
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance overall customer experience
  • Evaluate and implement technologies and tools to optimize customer service operations
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
  • Develop and implement escalation procedures to address complex customer issues promptly
  • Conduct regular analysis of customer service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or any related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in a senior customer service leadership role within the consumer industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team
