Job Title: Business Development Manager (Corporate & Government) Company Overview: SHARING GROUP is a leading company in the technological solutions sector for businesses in Kuwait. We represent major global brands like SAMSUNG, SUNMI and POSIFLEX . Achieving significant success in 2023, we are well-positioned in the market and aim to expand our market share in 2024. We take pride in our client list, which includes the most important and successful companies in Kuwait, such as: [ Trolley, Jahez, Cari, Americana... ] Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and develop business by identifying and securing lucrative deals with major corporations and government entities. 2.Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and identify potential business opportunities. 3.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. 4.Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures. 5.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients. 6.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence. 7.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to align strategies and optimize business growth. 8.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports for management, detailing sales performance, revenue generation, and market positioning. 9.Customized Solutions Development: Work with the technical team to develop and propose customized solutions that meet the specific needs of large enterprises and government clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in tech business development and sales. - Strong understanding of government and corporate procurement processes. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to manage complex sales cycles and large contracts. - Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
