Hi All Greetings from Live Connections! We have an urgent requirement on Oracle Fusion ERP EPM Specialist role with one of our client company in Hyderabad/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai. Please find the below job description and kindly share me your updated CV to sharmila@liveconnections.in Position Title: Senior Oracle Fusion ERP EPM Specialist role Experience Level: 5+ Years Mode: On Site Duration: Full Time Permanent Position Key Responsibilities: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Core Team Member with leadership responsibilities for Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM Project being implemented across the Group. Lead and manage Oracle EPM and ERP Fusion implementation systems and the various interfaces and integrations for the Group, working closely with the implementation partner (system integrator, SI). Conducting detailed and comprehensive business analysis by working with end users and other stake holders to identify the system, operational requirements, and proposed enhancements. Creating Business Requirement Documents and the Functional Documents. Conducting the Gap Analysis in order to understand the 'as-is' and the 'to-be' scenarios. Implementing PO, AP, AR, FA, GL, AGIS (Intercompany), iExpense and the iProcurement module of Oracle. Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborated with the teams to develop the test plans, test cases and test data to be used in testing. Designing chart of accounts and work flows. Customizing the accounting and management reports using Oracle tools. Building configurations for various modules / processes and establishing integrations as per application landscape. Must be well versed with preparation and finalization of Financial Statements, Consolidation, Narrative Reporting, Reporting Tools and Account Reconciliation through Oracle Systems. Sound understanding and experience of activities in Finance & Accounts functions at corporate and business level. Advise on Oracle related opportunities, issues faced by users, troubleshooting, management directives and provide resolution as required. Identify system improvements; provide recommendations and co-ordinate with IT team in the development, testing & implementation of the improvements.
