Company Description Hyundai company Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Senior Service Advisor at Hyundai Kuwait. The Senior Service Advisor will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, providing excellent customer service, advising customers on service requirements, and building long-term customer relationships. The Senior Service Advisor will also handle scheduling, job estimating, and invoicing for service work. Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
  • Experience in the automotive industry and/or knowledge of automotive systems is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of service advising or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
