The Forum Institute for International Studies, Inc. was established in 2004 and has been operating successfully for eight years. The Institute has been approved by TESDA-NCR certifying the Institute for the TVET Program. In addition, The Forum Institute is an Educational Testing Center (ETS) certified test administration site (STN No. 11776 A and STN 11776 B). ETS is responsible for most International Internet based test such as the TOEFL, ACT and IELTS. The Institute currently caters to International students, most of whom are Korean and offers review and tutorial for the TOEFL, IELTS, ACT, TOEIC, GED, and Communication Arts.
