Founded in 2006 by Managing Director, Lim Teck Vee David, Vnix Pte Ltd (Vnix) is made up of highly qualified designers and engineers based in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the Philippines, who are well-equipped to deliver a wide spectrum of BIM (Building Information Modeling) services. David Lim, Managing Director of Vnix Pte Ltd, has over 10 years' experience in the industry. Formerly, he was the Managing Director of Cadskills Pte Ltd which was founded in 1997. He had led the company of more than 100 staff which serves more than 100 clients. Vnix is trusted and highly recommended by cutting edge architects, consultants and builders in Singapore, Australia, Canada and Finland. With Singapore as its Main Office (HQ) and with offices in Philippines, and Malaysia, Vnix has a dedicated team of 80 modelers producing around 5,000 two-storey and single-storey houses annually for presentation and shire approval for projects around Australia and Finland. Clients include Western Australia's largest home builder.

VNIX was born with a dream to make seamless 3D modeling a reality. Today, company are proud to become an integrated service center with both architectural and structural modeling capabilities.

Refusing to rest on its laurels, Vnix established MEP Modeling and merged it with its architectural modelling capabilities to create construction modeling service, pushing further the boundaries in BIM technology.
