Speed Team established in year 2013, owned and managed by Mr. Azzam Alsuwaidi with prominent experience in civil works, technical services, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Alarm, interior & exterior design, stone & marble works, etc. He manages with different kind of businesses or companies that related in field of construction for almost 20 years. Recently He unified his two companies, Milano Technical Services LLC to Al Qranfal Technical Services LLC. To solidify the two companies by merging the well- known in MEP, HVAC & Fire Fighting/Alarm from MTS and AQTS for Interior/Exterior Design includes the stone & marble works. Milano Technical Services LLC was actually originated from Site Tech. Services LLC company that has been established since November 2007 in UAE as an outstanding independent MEP Contractor ever since. Under this business vision, Site Tech. Services was founded by Fine Weather & Ghazwa Electromechanical management team as a business extension to the Kuwaiti based company in order to leverage the existing resources and expertise to meet the existing and growing business challenge. Earlier of 2012, in order to gain more advantage and to create a better and stronger company we decided to combine the Site Tech. Services LLC and Milano Tech. Services LLC with its own distinctive reason to be more successful and taking all the advantages to be exploited in combining and to improve the efficiencies and our ability to find and develop new technologies for our operation and expand our ability and knowledge. Our success is driven by our people and their commitment to get results the right way by operating responsibly, executing with excellence, applying innovative technologies and ideas to capturing new opportunities for profitable growth.
