We are an international market research company based in Dubai and operates across several countries is currently looking for part time mystery shoppers in Qurum, Muscat, to assess the customer service standards in several restaurants, retail stores, spas and many other interesting venues.

This job is a part time job which will be done on your free time, the visit will take around 30-40 minutes and the report will be submitted online in 20-30 minutes.

As mystery shopper, your identity should not be known to the staff or anyone in the venue ( you need to act as a regular customer) , to qualify for this role you need to have good command of English language, sharp observation skills and excellent communication and writing skills.
