Far East Organization is the largest private property developer in Singapore. Since its establishment in 1960 by the late Mr Ng Teng Fong, Far East Organization has been contributing to the transformation of Singapore’s urban landscape with over 770 developments in the residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, healthcare and industrial space segments, including 50,000 or one in six private homes in Singapore. It is also the city-state’s largest private residential landlord and largest hotels and serviced residences operator.

Far East Organization is the only developer in the world to be bestowed ten FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, underscoring its unique achievements in the international real estate arena.

LISTED ENTITIES

Far East Organization includes three listed entities: Far East Orchard Limited and Far East Hospitality Trust and Yeo Hiap Seng Limited. Established in 1900, Yeo Hiap Seng is an industry pioneer of food and beverage products in Southeast Asia. Far East Orchard has a diversified portfolio focusing on property development, hospitality real estate development and management and healthcare real estate space. Launched in 2012, Far East Hospitality Trust is the first and only Singapore-focused hotel and serviced residence hospitality trust listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). It is also Singapore’s largest diversified hospitality portfolio by asset value.

Far East Hospitality, the hospitality arm of listed Far East Orchard Limited, specialises in the mid-tier to upscale hospitality segments and has a combined portfolio of more than 14,000 rooms under management across 90 hotels and serviced residences in seven countries – Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore. In Singapore, Far East Hospitality operates the city-state’s largest hospitality portfolio comprising 19 hotels and serviced residences. Far East Hospitality’s stable of nine unique and complementary brands are Adina Apartment Hotels, Medina Serviced Apartments, The Marque Hotels, Oasia Hotels, The Quincy Hotel, Rendezvous Hotels, Travelodge Hotels, Vibe Hotels and Village Hotels & Residences.
