Urgent Vacancy for a Project Coordinator & Customer Service Representative's (CSR)

Project Coordinator:

• Overseeing the responsibilities of the Apartment Supervisor's daily activities including but not limited to maintaining/updating apartment spreadsheets, inspecting apartments for defects and repairs, ensures furnishings are maintained to standards, insures that apartments are delivered/received in a timely manner per clients request, coordinating with vendors, maintaining and securing apartment keys, report complaints from guests and assures they are resolved in a timely manner, overseeing CSR's work schedules and responsibilities.

• Overseeing the responsibilities of the Fleet Supervisor daily activities including but not limited to monitoring and tracking of service requests, providing 24/7 vehicle assistance, acquiring police reports for insurance claims, ensure that vehicles are delivered/received in a timely manner per clients request, coordinating with vendors, maintaining/updating vehicle spreadsheet.

• Overseeing the responsibilities of the Housekeeping Supervisor's daily activities including but not limited to organizing cleaning schedules, ensure standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in apartments and common areas, ensure laundry service is adequate and up to standards, report complaints from guest and assure they are resolved in a timely manner.

• Overseeing the responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor's daily activities including (but not limited to) monitoring and tracking of service requests, maintaining sufficient inventories of tools, parts and supplies, assuring repairs are in compliance with safety requirements and performing preventive maintenance when needed.

• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements, coordination and communication between the Operation Departments.

Customer Service Representative's (CSR):

• Build and maintain customer service relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

• Expedite customer requests and complaints including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfillment of services.

• Perform all other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

• Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages is an advantage.

• Attracts potential customers by answering service related queries; suggesting information about the services.

• Interface directly with clients with regards to service and transportation requirements in a professional manner.
