So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you'll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.As a Health Systems **Commercial Account Manager **you will have the opportunity to manage the sales function in Egypt Public Sector:**You are responsible for**:- Developing, maintaining and nurturing sales and commercial partnerships with Public Sector in Egypt- The creation and implementation of the national sales and distribution strategies, the sales plan, sales forecasts and achievement of targets in Egypt Public Sector.- Contributing to each product-marketing plan as to product prices and sales priorities.- Has the authority and accountability to negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy.- Gains and maintains market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares in all assigned product categories.- Develops, maintains and improves relations with a limited number of key-accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.- Initiates and coordinates all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.- Creates an account plan for each key-account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.- Creates and implements action programs for and with the key-accounts to improve the performance of Philips.- Drives the performance of the functions in the key-account team to get it done.- Systematically analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following**:- A University degree in Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering /- Strong experience in sales in B2C / B2B / B2G environment- Knowledge of complex market /channel structures- Understanding of Healthcare market is highly preferred- Excellent negotiations skills- Ability to represent Philips to the public sector- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language- Strong communication skills.- Winners mentality, never settle for less than #1 position- Ability to travel.**How we work at Philips**Our newly-adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
