**About the Program**:**Leap Graduate Program!****LEAP** graduate program is a **two-years **development program for **people with disabilities**, during which the participant will rotate across the company and work on assignments and projects that will accelerate their development and enable them to develop and grow within Vodafone Egypt.Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone's future leaders through customized job rotations in the assigned department such as Retail, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, External Affairs and Customer Care.**Who can apply?**- A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences.- Fluent in English.- Strong potentiality & spirit attributes.- Strong interpersonal skills, innovative, and proactive spirit.- **Technical Skills Required?**:- Bachelor's Degree Discipline- Relevant Experience
